Where's my stuff?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday, not Bank or Public Holidays) and you should receive your order within 7-9 working days after placing it, however, we hold stock in both the Channel Islands & the UK so depending on your location and the location of the goods that you have ordered delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated 7-9 working days. - How long do I have to wait?

Should any of your ordered items not be in stock in any of our warehouses we will procure delivery of the 'out of stock' items from either our usual supplier or any alternative supplier of our choice - Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands & Europe - What shipping methods are used?
- Standard Royal/Jersey Mail 'Letter Post' for items of less than £18 in value; and
- Royal/Jersey Mail 'Signed for' delivery for items greater than £18 in value
- What is the postage and packing for?
The postage and packing payment covers all and any means we which deem appropriate to procure delivery of your order to the delivery address provided to us by you including any method including courier services alternative to standard postal delivery. - Do you carry out repairs?
We repair and customise all rackets, bats and cues supplied by us but we reserve the right to refuse any repair or customisation. Any insistance following refusal will be at your risk and we will not be held responsible for any resultant damage. - Wheways Price Promise
The price Promise will not be honoured against sale, discounted, end of line, loyalty card discounts or ‘mates rates’.
If you believe you can buy cheaper locally on the high street in Jersey than prices advertised on our website tell us about it, where and how much and we will match the price where we can.
Delivery
We deliver to the following regions: United Kingdom / Channel Islands / Europe
All orders must be paid for in full before the ordered goods will be shipped, or in some cases ordered from the supplier, and delivery will only be made to your billing address.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday, not Bank or Public Holidays) and you should receive your order within 7-9 working days after placing it usually via Jersey Post/Royal Mail although we reserve the right to use any alternative means of delivery. The value of your order dictates whether we send the goods by normal letter post or 'Signed for' delivery and the level of which is totally at our discretion. Should your order not arrive within 30 days of the placing thereof, and no agreement exists between you and us to extend that time period, you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund.
If you are concerned because of non-delivery after 14 working days of placing your order you should contact us so that we can confirm shipment in the first instance and, in the case of a package sent as a 'Signed for' delivery, track your order and advise you of its progress accordingly. Please note that we need to allow for postal/freight delays before we can arrange any further action and we cannot be held responsible for postal/freight delays and/or misplacement or loss of goods by the postal service, we will however in the latter case either send replacement goods at no further cost to you or provide a full refund of the purchase price of the goods and original postage charges.
We hold stock in both the Channel Islands & the UK so depending on your location and the location of the goods that you have ordered delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated 7-9 working days as stated. Also, a further delay in delivery may be incurred should any of your ordered items not be in stock in any of our warehouses, in which case we will procure delivery of the 'out of stock' items from either our usual supplier or any alternative supplier of our choice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Once you have received your order you are entitled to a cooling off period that ends 7 days after delivery of the goods. During this period you are entitled to withdraw from the contract without stating any cause and obtain a full refund. If you choose to withdraw from the contract you must communicate such withdrawal to us within that 7 day period and you must return to us any goods received in an untampered “as new” condition. The cost of returning the goods to us is yours to bear.
Returns
Our returns policy is very simple, if you aren't happy with your purchase please return it in an unused re-sellable condition to us within 7 working days of receipt by you and we will give you a full refund excluding any postage costs.
Warranty Returns
All goods are checked before despatch.
If you wish to return goods for exchange, refund or because they are faulty you must Contact Us first for authorisation.
In some cases the products can be sent directly from the manufacturer to speed up turnaround times, we will advise you of this. However, you will still be liable to cover any postage costs.
Please give full details of what you want to return & why, this is very important so we can have your re-shipment or refund ready to process as soon as we have examined the return.
Goods found to have a manufactures fault will be replaced or refunded. We will endeavour to re-ship exchanged or replacement goods to you within 7 days of receipt.
You must pay the return postage. This will be refunded on confirmation that the goods are faulty (we will only refund what is considered to be a reasonable postage charge). We will pay for the re-shipment of replaced faulty goods to you.
Incorrect size, model, design or colour choices by the customer on goods returned will be exchanged for the correct size, design or colour or refunded if they are returned to us unworn/unused & in perfect condition (in box or bag with all labelling intact).
Postage for goods returned for refund, incorrect size, model, design or colour choices by you will be at your expense as will the re-shipment of the replacement goods.
Goods returned to us for whatever reason are the total responsibility of the sender. We take no responsibility for loss, damage or such like of goods in return transit. We suggest that you return your goods by a traceable postal system for your own security.
Confirmation of your refund or re-shipment of your goods will be made to you by e-mail.
No exchange or replacement will be made or sent for goods returned outside of the 7 day return period. If the goods arrive in an untampered “as new” condition the original purchase price of the goods less a 15% administration charge will be refunded to you. If the goods or their packaging are damaged or tampered with in any way no refund will be given. No postage charges will be refunded.

We will never sell or pass your information to any other companies for marketing purposes.
By using the forms on the website(s) and disclosing your personal details you are consenting to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information. We will require your name, address and contact details.
The information collected from you will only be used for the purposes of processing your order.
All information you give us is kept completely confidential and will only be used in conjunction with your order through us.
We use 128-bit SSL software to encrypt your payment card information when you place an order this is taken care of by Sagepay whom we partner with. For your added security all payment transactions are processed automatically by RBSI, therefore we are not privy to your personal credit card or bank details.
