Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of digital vouchers (“Vouchers”) sold on Wheways.com (“Website”), operated by Wheways Ltd, a business registered in Jersey, Channel Islands (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or using a Voucher, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Voucher

1.1 Vouchers are digital products supplied electronically (for example, by email or via your online account).
1.2 Vouchers may be redeemed only for eligible products or services provided by Wheways Ltd, subject to availability.
1.3 Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

2. Purchase & Delivery

2.1 Vouchers are delivered electronically once payment has been successfully processed.
2.2 You are responsible for providing accurate contact details at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
2.3 You are responsible for keeping your Voucher code secure. Lost, stolen, or misused Vouchers may not be replaced.

3. Validity & Expiry

3.1 Vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase or on the Voucher itself.
3.2 Vouchers cannot be redeemed after their expiry date unless otherwise required by Jersey law.
3.3 Expired Vouchers will not be refunded or reissued.

4. Redemption

4.1 Vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided on the Website or with the Voucher.
4.2 Each Voucher may only be redeemed once unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.3 Partial redemption may be permitted depending on the Voucher type. Any remaining balance may expire or be forfeited unless stated otherwise.

5. Restrictions

5.1 Vouchers:

• are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged for value without our prior written consent;
• may not be combined with other offers or promotions unless expressly stated;
• may not be used to purchase additional Vouchers unless stated otherwise.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse redemption where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Due to the digital nature of Vouchers, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery has occurred.
6.2 This does not affect your statutory rights under the Supply of Goods and Services (Jersey) Law 2009 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
6.3 If a Voucher is faulty, incorrectly issued, or not supplied as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund in accordance with Jersey law.
6.4 Refunds will not be issued for unused, partially used, or expired Vouchers.

7. Changes & Availability

7.1 We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or replace Vouchers, products, or services at any time.
7.2 Any changes will not affect Vouchers already purchased, except where required by law or for security or fraud-prevention reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Jersey law.
8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use a Voucher.
8.3 Our total liability in connection with any Voucher shall not exceed the amount paid for that Voucher.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands.
The courts of Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of a Voucher.
