For standard delivery to apply, the following conditions must be met:
-
Delivery location must be at ground level (no steps, stairs, lifts, or raised thresholds).

No gravel, loose surfaces, grass, or uneven ground between the vehicle and delivery point.
-
Access route must be clear, flat, and unobstructed.

The pathway must be suitable for safe use of a commercial-grade trolley.

Adequate doorway and access widths must be confirmed prior to delivery.
If these conditions are not met, or if delivery involves steps, restricted access, upper floors, tight turns, or any other non-standard circumstances, a site visit will be required to assess access and determine any additional works, specialist equipment, or manpower required.
